Flow On Your Terms
Thankfully, there is no need to give up on your yoga practice. Choose from several weekly online classes on our schedule or try a private online session. In either case, you can expect to explore a flow that is easy to follow, receive clear and detailed vocal cues and watch the instructor demonstrating each asana.

Our commitment is towards making online practice enjoyable and rewarding in the safety of your own home.
The instructor's equipment is set up to see each student's flow and to offer adjustments and variations. We recommend positioning your camera so that your whole body can be seen, preferable from a side.
